Framlyn Inc. is committed to making our website and mobile applications accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to browse local farms, buy fresh food, and operate a storefront without unnecessary barriers.

Standards We Aim to Meet

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our internal reference point when designing and building pages and features.

Measures We Take

Ongoing measures include:

• semantic HTML headings, landmarks, and lists
• meaningful alternative text for informative images
• sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
• keyboard-reachable and operable buttons, links, and form fields
• visible keyboard focus states
• clearly labelled fields and text-based error descriptions
• responsive layouts that remain usable at different zoom levels and screen sizes
• avoiding content that relies only on flashing, colour, or sound to convey meaning

Known Limitations

Some parts of the website or app may not yet be fully accessible because of third-party content or embedded tools we do not fully control, legacy content awaiting review, or technical limitations of certain formats. We are working to identify and correct these issues over time.
